New Target opening soon at the Valley Plaza Mall in Bakersfield

The Target will be opening soon at the Valley Plaza Mall. I drove by it the other night and it looks really awesome. The store front looks amazing with its new modern look and the surrounding parking lot has been completely made over too. The trees in their new planters make everything look nice and peaceful.
